Рецепт Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

The simplest, tastiest way to serve potatoes! A quick snack, appetizer or to serve with a main meal. This is my favorite potato recipe. Simple.

10-12 medium Potatoes. Scrubbed clean but with skin on.

2 Tbs. Olive oil

Sea salt

1-2 tsp. Thyme or Rosemary, fresh chopped or dried

Optional: Sprinkle of fresh lemon juice when done

Инструкции
- Set the oven to 225C/440F.
- Cut the potatoes in half, then in three wedges each half.
- Place the potatoes in an oven proof dish.
- Sprinkle oil, salt and thyme on top. Mix with your hands so all potato wedges are covered.
- Leave them to roast for 20-30 min. Just leave them- don't touch!
- When done, the potatoes are browned and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Serve with a great dip or just as they are.
