6 med. potatoes, grated 1 egg beaten with 2 T lowfat milk

1 c. flour 1 teaspoon baking soda

Инструкции

1. Mix together adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 8x12 pan. Bake 45 min at 375 degrees. Cut in pcs. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
