  • 1 lb flour, all-purpose'
  • 8 oz nonfat dry milk
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper, black
  • 1 Lb margarine, melted

  1. Mix flour and seasonings. Dredge chicken with seasoned flour and place in single laer on greased on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  2. Brush chicken with melted margarine. Bake at 350-degree F for 1 hout or until chicken is browned and tender, and internal temperature reached 170-degree F.
