Ингредиенты

  • 1 x brisket (any size)
  • 1 pkt Lipton onion recipe mix
  • 1 can Coke (16-ounce., not diet)
  • 1 bot Heinz 57 Sauce (10-oz)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Place the brisket, fat side up, in a roasting pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the onion mix, Coke and Heinz 57 sauce. Pour over the brisket. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hrs, or possibly till tender.
  3. Remove brisket from pan and pour off the drippings. Refrigerateboth, separately, overnight.
  4. The next day, trim all the fat from the meat, slice and reheat. Skim the fat off the drippings and reheat. Serve sauce over the meat.
