2 med Baking potatoes
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

1/2 tsp Dry thyme
1/2 tsp Dry oregano

Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till tender.
