Ингредиенты

  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. lime flavored Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 5 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 15 maraschino cherries, minced
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 (12 ounce) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add in marshmallows, stirring till melted. Stir in pineapple. Refrigerate till thick, but not hard. Add in cherries, pecans, and cottage cheese; mix in whipped cream. Pour into an oiled 2 qt mold; refrigerate till hard. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
