Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Well-packed grated carrots
  • 1 lrg Sweet apple, Golden brown Delicious preferred peeled, cored,
  •     and minced
  • 1/2 c. Dark raisins
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  •     Dusting of freshly-grnd black pepper (less than 1/8 tspn)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Freshly-grnd white pepper
  •     (black pepper may be substituted)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients together; blend well. Refrigeratetill needed.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine grated carrots, minced apple, and raisins. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste. remove lowfat sour cream dressing from refrigerator and add in just sufficient dressing to carrot mix to moisten it.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
