  • 16 ounce orzo
  • 1 x to 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  •     (10-oz) bag spinach
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

  1. Cook orzo as directed on package. Drain. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly saute/fry spinach. When spinach wilts, stir in orzo. Transfer to serving dish, add in Parmesan and mix. Serve hot.Joan Segall
