Ингредиенты

  • 1 lrg Head Romaine lettuce, washed
  • 1 pkt (12-ounce) croutons
  • 1 can (6-ounce) garbanzo beans, liquid removed
  • 6 Tbsp. Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 tsp Maggi seasoning
  • 4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 5 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp (scant) finely minced parsley
  • 2 1/4 tsp Finely minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 pch Garlic pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Coarsely chop the romaine and place in a large salad bowl. Add in the crouton, garbanzo beans, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Just before serving, toss with the House Dressing to taste. Serve on individual plates.
  3. In an electric blender, combine the sugar, Miracle Whip, Maggi seasoning, lemon juice, vinegar, parsley, onion, pepper, and garlic pwdr.
  4. Blend at low speed for 2 to 3 min.
  5. Cover and chill for 24 hrs to blend flavors.
