Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dsh pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 pkt Birds Eye Mixed Vegetables (16 oz) *

Инструкции

  1. Prep Time: 5 min
  2. Cooking Time: 6 to 7 min
  3. containing Broccoli, Carrots, Water Chestnuts and cooked according to package directions, liquid removed
  4. In small saucepan, whisk together orange juice, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook over medium heat till sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
  6. Continue cooking about 1 minute.
  7. Pour sauce over vegetables and toss.
  8. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
  9. Serve warm as a vegetable side dish.
  10. NOTES : How about this one for a veg and non-veg meal
  11. main dish when served with rice (made ahead and reheated)
  12. add in sliced teriyaki chicken for those who want meat
