  • 300 ml white wine vinaigrette
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 clv garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp crushed fresh ginger (or possibly 1/ 2tsp powdered ginger)

  1. Mix the vinaigrette thoroughly with the soy sauce garlic and ginger.
  2. Serve straight away.
  3. Makes about 300 ml
