Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c. canned reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. diagonally sliced green onions
  • 12 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast cut 1 1/2" cubes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  •     Nonstick garlic flavored cooking spray as needed
  • 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 c. bottled sweet and sour sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine rice and broth in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till most of liquid is absorbed; let stand covered 5 min.
  3. Toss chicken with hoisin sauce in medium bowl. Roll each nugget in corn flake crumbs; transfer to nonstick jelly roll pan. Coat nuggets with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink in center.
  4. Serve nuggets over rice with sweet and sour sauce.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
