Ингредиенты

2 packages. cream cheese, softened 2 T lowfat milk 1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken 3 green onions 2 T soy sauce

1 teaspoon powdered garlic 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger 1/2 c. grated carrots 1/3 c. sweet-sour sauce

Инструкции

1. Mix cream cheese with lowfat milk thoroughly. Spread on a plate. Mix all remaining ingredients except the sweet and sour, place over the chicken mix. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce.
