- Thaw fish, if frzn. In 10-inch skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter.
- Add in fish, tomato, wine, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover; cook over low heat 10-12 min or possibly till fish is done. Remove fish, keep hot. Blend lowfat milk and cornstarch; add in to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook 1-2 min more. Pour over fish.
