Рецепт Orange Rosemary Pork Chops

Orange Rosemary Pork Chops

If you’re a little tired of barbecue sauce this grilling season, these effortless marinated Orange Rosemary pork chops will be a welcome and flavorful change. A couple of hour marinating in a few simple ingredients, plus a few minutes on the grill and a tasty dinner is ready to go. You can marinate the pork for up to 8 hours if you want to do it before work.

As with a lot of my grilling marinades, I like to add a touch of sweetness to the mix. In this case it is brown sugar which balances the citrus flavor and also helps to get those appealing charred grill marks. Garlic, ginger and rosemary are all strong flavors but they play together very well in this nicely balanced marinade. It’s delicious with the mild flavor of center loin grilled pork but would be equally good on chicken, just be sure not to marinate for longer than an hour for the more delicate meat of chicken breasts.
