  • 24 oz melted butter or margarine
  • 2 cups undiluted frozen orange juice
  • 2 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 12 oz orange marmalade

  1. Wash hens inside and out. Remove packaged giblets. Place 4 x 4 in 18 x 26 x 2 inch pans.
  2. Brush hens with melted butter. bake at 325 F for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until internal tempurature reaches 180 F; follow glazing instructions that follow.
  3. Bleand together juice concentrate, syrup, and maralade. Brush over poultry 30 minutes before end of roasting time and again 15 minutes before end of roasting time.
