2 c. flour 1 x +1/2 tsp baking pwdr 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1 x egg

1 c. unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp orange zest (wash orange, grate orange rind - no white pith) 1/2 c. orange juice 3 Tbsp. cooking (vegetable) oil     makes 12 muffins     preheat oven to 400

1. Use either paper liners or possibly grease muffin pan with cooking spray
2. bowl1: combine dry ingredients and spices bowl2: beat egg, add in applesauce, orange zest, orange juice, and oil add in wet mix to flour mix, stir till moistened pour into prepared muffin tin, bake for 20 min
