- 1 pkt Cream Cheese (8 ounce)
- 1/3 c. Orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Powdered cugar
- 3 tsp Grated orange peel

- In small bowl of electric mixer or possibly food processor fitted with a metal blade, process all ingredients till smooth and light. Spoon into a small serving dish. Cover and chill. Let stand at room temperature 20 to 30 min before serving.
- Makes about 1 c.. VARIATIONS: Ginger-Orange
- Spread: Add in 1 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger. Prune-Cheese Spread: Add in 1/2 c. finely minced prunes.
