Ингредиенты

1 can red salmon 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

1/2 c. flour 3 green onions, minced Salt and pepper

Инструкции

1. Drain salmon, reserving the juice. Mix flour, egg and salmon; add in green onions and salt and pepper to taste. Add in baking pwdr to salmon juice and then add in to salmon mix. Drop by tsp into hot oil. Fry till light browned. Serve with catsup if you like.
