1 env Liptons' Onion
Soup mix

2 lb Potatoes, chunked
1/3 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 450F
In a large plastic bag or possibly large bowl, add in all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or possibly toss in bowl, till potatoes are proportionately coated.
Place in shallow baking or possibly roasting pan. Bake, stirring occas- ionally, 40 min or possibly till potatoes are tender and golden.
