  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk (sweet)
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3 c. Flour (plain)
  • 4 lrg Large eggs (fresh)
  •     pn Salt
  •     Vanilla flavoring

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter till it is light, add in sugar a little at a time, creaming after each addition. Sift flour with salt and baking pwdr 3 times. Add in egg yellows 1 at a time beating with hard beats. Add in flour alternately with lowfat milk, adding a bit of flour last. Add in beaten egg whites, using a folding over and over method. Add in flavoring, turn into well greased tube pan and bake in 350 F oven till top springs back when pressed with forefinger.
  2. This takes about 45 min.
