Ингредиенты

1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. ripe mashed bananas, about 3 large 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3 large eggs

2 1/3 c. Bisquick 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. minced nuts

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 2 loaf pan. Stir ingredients in pan with fork till moistened. Beat vigorously 1 minute. Bake till wood pick inserted in center comes out clean; 55-60 min. Cool 5 min. This is a lighter bread than most banana breads.
