%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWritten%20on%2024%20July,%202015%20by%20Kimberly%20@%20The%20Daring%20Gourmet%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20been%20wanting%20to%20get%20a%20new%20camera%20bag%20for%20a%20while.%20%20And%20when%20it%20came%20time%20to%20take%20a%20trip%20to%20Bermuda%20a%20few%20weeks%20ago%20I%20knew%20I%20finally%20had%20to%20break%20down%20and%20get%20one.%20%20Up%20until%20this%20point%20I%E2%80%99ve%20either%20used%20a%20camera%20backpack%20or%20have%20simply%20carried%20my%20camera%20in%20my%20purse.%20%20Neither%20option%20is%20ideal%20under%20many%20circumstances:%20%20The%20backpack%20is%20too%20big%20and%20cumbersome%20and%20looks%20terribly%20out%20of%20place%20taken%20into%20an%20upscale%20restaurant.%20%20In%20the%20purse%20my%20camera%20gets%20jostled%20around%20with%20the%20other%20items%20in%20it%20and%20the%20purse%20can%E2%80%99t%20accommodate%20extra%20lenses%20and%20gear%20that%20I%20often%20need.%20%20I%20needed%20a%20camera%20bag%20that%20was%20somewhere%20in%20between%20in%20size%20and%20that%20was%20not%20only%20fully%20functional%20but%20also%20stylish.%20%20And%20lastly%20I%20wanted%20something%20that%20didn%E2%80%99t%20look%20like%20a%20camera%20bag%20(ie,%20%E2%80%9CLook,%20thieves%20%E2%80%93%20there%E2%80%99s%20expensive%20camera%20gear%20in%20here%20%E2%80%93%20come%20take%20me!%E2%80%9D)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20I%20started%20searching%20online%20and%20reading%20reviews.%20%20I%20scoured%20multiple%20brands%20and%20nothing%20hit%20me.%20%20And%20then%20I%20came%20across%20ONA%20for%20the%20first%20time%20and%20the%20moment%20I%20saw%20the%20Brooklyn%20I%20fell%20in%20love.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EONA%20bags%20are%20all%20handcrafted%20and%20named%20after%20different%20places%20ONA%E2%80%99s%20CEO,%20Tracy%20Foster,%20has%20visited.%20%20%20In%20the%20case%20of%20my%20bag,%20Brooklyn.%20%20I%20love%20the%20Brooklyn%E2%80%99s%20classical%20style.%20%20And%20the%20size%20is%20perfect%20%E2%80%93%20big%20enough%20to%20carry%20the%20essentials%20plus%20a%20little%20extra,%20but%20not%20so%20large%20that%20carrying%20it%20around%20becomes%20a%20burden.%20%20It%E2%80%99s%20also%20classy%20and%20formal%20enough%20to%20take%20into%20nice%20restaurants%20when%20I%E2%80%99m%20doing%20restaurant%20reviews.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20design%20of%20The%20Brooklyn%20inspired%20by%20the%20classic%201940s%20school%20bag%20and%20is%20made%20of%20full-grain%20leather.%20%20The%20Brooklyn%E2%80%99s%20a%20mid-size%20bag%20and%20not%20very%20heavy,%20just%202.8%20pounds,%20but%20it%E2%80%99s%20sturdy%20and%20stands%20firmly%20without%20toppling%20over.%20%20Its%20secure%20tuck%20locks%20make%20it%20quick%20and%20easy%20to%20open%20and%20close.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIts%20handle%20is%20padded%20and%20comfortable%20for%20carrying%20and%20it%20has%20a%20reinforced%20shoulder%20strap.%20%20The%20back%20of%20the%20bag%20has%20an%20extra%20slit%20pocket%20for%20securing%20a%20tablet%20or%20other%20thin%20items.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20interior%20is%20padded%20and%20lined%20with%20a%20soft%20felt-like%20material%20and%20is%20fully%20customizable:%20%20You%20can%20move%20(or%20remove)%20the%20dividers%20to%20fit%20the%20gear%20you%E2%80%99re%20carrying.%20%20It%E2%80%99s%20designed%20to%20carry%20a%20camera%20with%20an%20attached%20lens%20and%20up%20to%20three%20additional%20lenses%20or%20small%20accessories.%20%20For%20my%20trip%20to%20Bermuda%20I%20took%20my%20camera%20and%20two%20lenses.%20%20I%20still%20had%20room%20in%20one%20of%20the%20lens%20compartments%20to%20store%20an%20extra%20battery,%20remote,%20and%20memory%20cards%20and%20I%20was%20able%20to%20fit%20my%20personal%20items%20in%20the%20front%20pocket.%20%20Everything%20was%20kept%20very%20snug%20and%20secure.%20%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20have%20to%20worry%20about%20anything%20getting%20jostled%20around,%20damaged,%20or%20flying%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThough%20I%20guess%20it%20could%20make%20for%20a%20cool%20story%20to%20say%20your%20camera%20flew%20out%20into%20the%20Bermuda%20Triangle.%20NOT!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnother%20thing%20I%20like%20about%20the%20Brooklyn%20is%20that%20it%E2%80%99s%20unisex.%20%20Why%20is%20that%20important%20to%20me?%20%20Because%20it%20means%20I%20can%20%E2%80%9Clet%E2%80%9D%20my%20husband%20carry%20it%20around%20for%20me%20when%20we%E2%80%99re%20together.%20%20(He%E2%80%99s%20so%20good%20that%20way.%20%20Love%20you,%20Todd!)%20%20And%20I%20have%20to%20tell%20you,%20it%20looks%20pretty%20hot%20on%20him.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20ladies,%20just%20the%20fact%20alone%20that%20this%20is%20a%20camera%20bag%20your%20hubby%20would%20be%20willing%20to%20be%20seen%20wearing%20may%20be%20enough%20of%20a%20selling%20point.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20being%20unisex,%20it%E2%80%99s%20also%20feminine%20enough%20for%20me%20to%20carry.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20took%20my%20Brooklyn%20on%20its%20maiden%20voyage%20to%20Bermuda%20a%20few%20weeks%20ago%20and%20it%20pretty%20much%20followed%20us%20everywhere%20we%20went.%20%20Our%20rental%20scooter%20came%20with%20a%20basket%20in%20the%20back%20which%20
