1 quart salad olives (green)

2 can small black pitted olives

1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced

green pepper, minced, but left a little chunky

celery, same as green pepper

1/2 c. olive, or possibly favorite oil.

3 c. vinegar (wine vinegar, white but I use tarragon instead)

1 lrg onion, finely diced

1/2 tsp Italian pickling spices, or possibly pizza/spaghetti spices

salt and pepper to taste
