2 large eggs 1 c. sugar 1/4-1/2 c. butter 4 c. grated, raw sweet potatoes

2 c. scalded sweet lowfat milk 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or possibly to taste Healthy pinch of salt

1. Beat large eggs, add in sugar, butter, sweet potatoes, scalded lowfat milk, salt, and nutmeg. Pour into greased dish and cook at 350 degrees for about an hour.
