1 c. brown sugar
3 T flour
3 T butter

2 c. sweet cream
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Pastry for 9-inch pie crust

Blend sugar, flour and butter till consistency of cornmeal. Place over bottom of pastry-lined pie pan. Over this mix, pour sweet cream. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees), 50 min.
