Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 c. flour sifted
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  1. Cream together the shortening & sugar. Beat the Large eggs lightly & blend into sugar mix. Stir in lowfat sour cream & vanilla. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt & baking soda together & stir into cremed mix. cover & refrigeratein refrigerator 1 hour or possibly longer.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Drop cookie mix by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 min. Cook on wire racks.
