4 c. flour 1/2 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 T melted shortening 2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Инструкции

1. Mix soda and cream of tartar thoroughly through the flour. Add in other ingredients plus 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk. Don't knead. Shape into 2 1/2 x 1/4 inch cakes and bake at 450 degrees for 10 min.
