Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. Water
  • 3/4 c. Shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 2 c. Oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. Nuts

Инструкции

  1. Simmer raisins in water till plump-about 20 min. Drain liquid into a c. and add in sufficient water to make 1/2 c.. Mix shortening, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in liquid. Sift together dry ingredients. Blend with other mix. Add in oats, nuts and raisins in a large bowl. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 min.
  2. Makes 6-7 dozen.
