  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 ounce Egg beaters or possibly egg substitut
  • 2 1/2 c. Half-and-half
  • 1 dsh Salt

Инструкции

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and process till smooth. Cover and chill till ready to freeze. Pour into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
  2. Suggested garnishes: Mint leaves and/or possibly raspberries.
