Old Fashioned Corn Fritters

Ингредиенты

1 c. corn
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt

5 T flour
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Dash of white pepper

Инструкции

Beat egg lightly; add in corn. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt; add in to mix. Fry in deep fat or possibly oil at 360 degrees or possibly on well greased griddle. Serves 4.
