- Heat butter in 4-qt saucepan over medium heat. Add in leeks and celery; cook 5 min or possibly till tender, stirring frequently.
- Stir in flour; cook 3 min. Gradually stir in lowfat milk and clam juice till smooth. Add in Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, basil, thyme, and salt.
- Add in fish and potatoes; cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
