- Pour flour and sugar in a bowl, make a well in the middle.
- Hot half of the lowfat milk till lukewarm; dissolve yeast in it.
- Pour into flour well and let stand, 15 min, in hot place.
- Heat butter in the rest of the lowfat milk; add in the Large eggs and mix well.
- Add in to the flour-yeast mix and stir well. Knead to a smooth dough, cover and let rise, on a hot place till dough has doubled.
- Chop the cherries and the pineapple finely, mix with raisins and mix carefully under the dough.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or possibly pot to 175 Celsius.
- With two Tbsp. cut of Krapfen and drop into the warm oil and fry till golden.
- Dry on papertowl and roll, still hot, in the powdered sugar.
