Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/3 cups (8 oz. pkg.) Heath's Bits' O Brickle Toffee Bits
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut, optional

Инструкции

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheets
  3. Beat the buttter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla using an electric mixer on medium speed in a large bowl until well blended.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
  5. Beat until well blended.
  6. Stir in the oats, toffee bits, and the coconut, if desired, using a wooden spoon.
  7. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart onto the prepared sheet.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned
  9. Cool for 1 minute
  10. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
