Рецепт Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookie Sandwiches with Peanut Butter Buttercream

- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cups light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chunks or chips {I chopped up two 6 oz easter bunnies haha}
- For the Buttercream:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
