Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. oat bran or possibly 1/2 c. oat bran & 1 1/2 c. rolled oats,
  • 1 c. rolled oats or possibly 2 c. rolled oats - whatever combination you desired to make up the 2 c. of oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 (8 ounce) nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. Puritan (canola) oil
  • 3 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 2 T pure maple syrup, or possibly honey, or possibly brown sugar
  • 2 T raisins or possibly dry sweet pitted cherries
  • 2 T sunflower seeds (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Mix dry ingredients together, add in rest and mix thoroughly. Spray muffin tins with Pam or possibly whatever. Spoon mix into tins and bake at 350 to 375 degrees 17 to 20 min. Makes about a dozen full size or possibly 16 to 20 small muffins. Enjoy!
