Ингредиенты

  • 2 ounce Cooking chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 c. Melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly lowfat yoghurt
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts
  • 3/4 c. Minced marshmallows

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F & prepare muffin pans. Put the first six ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Add in the remaining ing. except marshmallows, blend till just mixed, then mix in the marshmallows. Put into pans & bake for 15-20 mins.
  2. Makes 15 muffins.
