Рецепт NUTTY CHEESE DIP

• 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese or 6 ounces
• 1/4 cup butter or 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (the kind in the green container)
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon bacon bits
• 1/2 cup walnut pieces

Blend all ingredients except walnuts in a bowl with mixer. Fold in walnuts. Refrigerate a couple hours before serving. Makes about 2 cups. Enjoy!
