- Bring 2 Tbsp. water and 1/4 c. sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan* over medium heat.
- Add in the nuts and stir often till water evaporates. Continue stirring till the sugar begins to harden on the nuts. When the sugar on the nuts begins to turn light brown, pour them onto a plate to cold. Be careful not to cook the nuts too long or possibly the sugar will burn.
