Nutella Muffins

Muffins filled with Nutella and topped with a Nutella Drizzle

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup Nutalla

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  2. Combine cup flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Add to flour mixture, and stir until just combined.
  3. Place a small amount of batter into each muffin tin. Spoon on 1 Tbls of Nutella. Top with enough batter to cover the chocolate. Bake for 14-18 minutes.
  4. Warm remaining Nutella in the microwave. Drizzle over muffins.
