- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/3 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
