3/4 c. water 1/3 c. molasses 2 Tbsp. butter     (you can halve this amount with good results) 1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp caraway seed 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 1 1/3 c. rye flour 1 1/4 c. bread flour 1 1/2 tsp yeast
