- Throughly combine all ingredients except flour, beef broth, heavy cream and minced parsley. Blend well and shape into about 24 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Roll lightly in flour. Place on rack of broiler pan in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 min. Drain. Carefully remove meatballs to hot platter.
- Meanwhile, stir heavy cream into broth in crockpot; mix till smooth. Cook on HIGH till warm; add in the meatballs and hold on LOW till ready to serve. Just before serving sprinkle with the minced parsley.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
