- Pour nonfat lowfat milk into a small metal mixing bowl. Set bowl in freeazer till ice crystals begin to create; about 15 to 20 min. Refrigeratebeaters from mixer in freezer as well. Using a hand held electric mixer, beat nonfat dry lowfat milk solids into nonfat lowfat milk. Continue to beat on high till soft peaks form, about 2 min. Add in honey to taste and vanilla and beat till stiff peaks form, about 2 additional min. Use within 20 min to avoid cream separating.
