- Beat Large eggs and water together.
- Sift flour with salt and baking pwdr.
- Add in flour mix to Large eggs and water. Blend till smooth.
- Drop mix from the end of a dessert spoon into boiling salted water.
- Cook till "nockerl" rise to the surface (about 5 min). Drain and add in to the soup.
