%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey've%20been%20on%20my%20list%20of%20things%20to%20make%20for%20ages%20but%20I've%20always%20been%20a%20bit%20nervous%20to%20try%20this%20one%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20think%20it's%20the%20yeast%20thing.%20I've%20never%20tried%20to%20make%20bread%20before%20in%20general,%20so%20the%20whole%20process%20of%20creating%20a%20dough%20that%20you%20have%20to%20leave%20to%20rise%20is%20all%20a%20bit%20foreign%20to%20me.%20It's%20probably%20not%20as%20scary%20or%20as%20hard%20as%20I%20imagine%20it%20to%20be,%20but%20I'm%20just%20not%20ready%20for%20that,%20ok.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20I'm%20easing%20myself%20in%20with%20these%20no%20fuss%20cinnamon%20rolls.%20Well,%20sort%20of,%20because%20there's%20no%20yeast%20involved.%20It's%20a%20lovely%20creamy%20dough%20that%20is%20easy%20to%20knead%20and%20roll%20out%20in%20no%20time.%20Now%20I%20can%20never%20roll%20dough%20out%20into%20a%20perfect%20rectangle%20but%20that%20doesn't%20matter%20too%20much%20either%20-%20you'll%20er,%20just%20get%20a%20couple%20of%20smaller%20rolls%20from%20the%20ends%20as%20a%20result.%20And%20I%20planned%20to%20drizzle%20the%20icing%20around%20each%20individual%20roll%20in%20a%20beautiful%20way%20but%20I%20just%20zig-zigged%20it%20randomly%20around%20instead.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20not%20quite%20window%20display%20standard%20for%20Starbucks,%20but%20good%20enough%20for%20me%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20Fuss%20Cinnamon%20Rolls%20(butter%20and%20yeast%20free)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%209%20(made%20in%20an%208%22%20square%20tin):%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1)%20Sift%20the%20flours%20into%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Mix%20in%20the%202tbsp%20sugar%20and%20salt.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2)%20Stir%20in%20the%20cream,%20then%20use%20your%20hands%20to%20knead%20and%20fold%20into%20a%20ball.%20Add%20more%20flour%20if%20necessary.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3)%20Roll%20out%20into%20a%20long%20rectangle%20on%20a%20floured%20surface.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4)%20In%20a%20small%20bowl,%20mix%20the%20remaining%20sugar%20with%20the%20fruit,%20cinnamon%20and%20nutmeg.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5)%20Spoon%20some%20more%20cream%20over%20the%20dough,%20then%20sprinkle%20over%20the%20sugar%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6)%20Carefully%20roll%20the%20dough%20from%20the%20long%20side%20into%20a%20cylinder%20and%20cut%20into%209%20slices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7)%20Place%20the%20slices%20into%20a%20lined%20square%20tin%20and%20bake%20at%20200%20degrees%20C%20for%20about%2030%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E8)%20Meanwhile,%20mix%20the%20icing%20sugar%20with%20the%20lemon%20juice,%20then%20drizzle%20over%20the%20rolls%20when%20done.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMore%20Hungry%20Jenny%20cakes%20here.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
