  • 1 can Condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Dry grated coconut
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Taspoon baking pwdr

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and run the machine till all is well combined. Butter and flour a cake mold . Pour in batter and bake in a pre heated 350 oven till a toohpick inserted in the center come out clean. About 40 min.
  2. You can top it with whipped cream and gratd coconut.
