- Put together oats and lowfat milk, set aside for 10 min. Add in egg whites, sugar, butter and vanilla to oat mix. Stir to put together. In a smaller bowl put together remaining dry ingredients. Stir into oat mix. Divide batter into greased muffin pan (use Pam). Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till lightly brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
