  • 2 c. Roasted Honey nut Skippy
  •     Creamy or possibly Super Chunk Peanut butter
  • 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c. Karo Light or possibly Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 c. Semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  •     Colored sprinkles (optional)

Инструкции

  1. In large bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar and corn syrup. Mix till smooth. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet.
  2. Drizzle melted chocolate over balls; roll in colored sprinkles, if you like.
  3. Store covered in refrigerator.
  4. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
