Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Cornflakes or possibly graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. Melted margain
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese,, softened
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk*
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  1. Mix together crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon add in margarine and blend. Set aside 2 Tbsp. of mix. Line bottom of 9-inch pan wih crumbs.
  2. Chill. Beat cheese till fluffy, blend in lowfat milk, blend in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into chilled crust. Sprinkle with set aside crumbs.
  3. Regrigerate at least 3 hrs before serving. May be doubled and put in 9x13-inch pan. You can make the sweetened condensed lowfat milk. I make the lowfat milk in the blender and add in the cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla to the lowfat milk in the blender.
